THIS LASTED FOR 1 SHOW. IN MAY OF THAT SAME YEAR, THE BAND QUICKLY CHANGED IT'S NAME TO SILVERADO AND STARTED PLAYING, DATES AS

THE SILVERADO BAND IS AS COMFORTABLE PLAYING CORPORATE EVENTS, AS IT IS NIGHTCLUBS, VFW HALLS, WEDDINGS, FAIRS OR FESTIVALS. THE BAND'S SHOW IS UPBEAT AND INTERACTIVE, TAKING REQUESTS IS A NORMAL PART OF EVERY SHOW. THE MUSIC VARIES FROM, "TEXAS MUSIC", AND COUNTRY HITS, TO, OLDIES, CLASSIC ROCK AND ORIGINALS. THE GUYS HAVE ALOT OF FUN WITH THE MUSIC AND IT SHOWS IN THEIR PERFORMANCES.

Started Silverado in the spring of 1997, grew up listening to his mother play the Piano in church. Singing was a big part of his childhood especially gospel tunes. His father however was a BIG Johnny Cash fan and Hoss gravitated toward that type of music. Growing up in "East Texas", in the late 70's Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Mo Bandy, and the Oak Ridge Boys filled his 8 track with the sounds he loved. Later while a student at Texas A&M George Strait, David Allen Coe, were on his Cassettes, and later Clint Black and Garth Brooks CD's started to influence his style. Now with the advent of "TEXAS COUNTRY" Roger Creager, Charlie Robison, and Robert Earl Keen seem to fill his I POD. Hoss Is Married to Carol Shiflett Mayfield , Between the two of them they have 5 children. Justin, Janna, Josh, Jen & Jeb. Hoss has a day job as a Chemical Applicator for Bio Landscape

Matt Joined Hoss in 2000, just in time to contribute to the Second Album "JUST CALL ME HOSS". Matt has picked guitar for over 30 years and was the one of the founding members of "Fair Chance" a Madisonville band of the late 90's. Matt's influences are Stevie Ray Vaughn, and more recently Brad Paisley. Matt's is a Retired TDCJ Transportation Officer Kim Dunn is his better Half, their kids are JC, Travis,Kayla, & Chelsea.
RICK BODE

Keeping those low end frequencies pumping at you is none other than Rick Bode. The Houston born bassman started playing when he was 16 and never quit. He turned his unwavering love of music into an art form and has been playing professionally for over 30 years. Rick was in bands such as Second Chance, Lisa Cole and Buffalo Speedway, Riverside , Brandon Sandifer, Patrick Murphy and Cody Kouba. These and other bands he has worked with have opened shows for Jerry Jeff Walker, Mark Collie, Mark Chestnut, Omar and the Howlers, LeAnn Rimes, Kieth Urban, Gary Allen and was in the band that won Kenny Chesney’s 2008 Battle of the Bands which opened for him at Reliant Stadium. From classic rock to blues to jazz to country, Rick is the “Wiz” at bringing out the bass groove which keeps people dancing the night away
RUSTY RUTLEDGE

Rusty has been playing Drums nearly 40 years. Rusty 's solid beats have been heard all over East Texas. Rusty started out playing rock and roll as a teen around the Houston area. Took a break and went into the Navy for a couple of years, and started playing country music when he got out. Rusty has been with several different local groups from the Houston/Tomball area. Played with or opened for several different artist's such as Johnny Bush, Larry Butler, Mo Bandy, Roy Head, Hank Thompson, and several others. Rusty has been married for 30 years to his wife Theresa, they have 3 children Shawna, Rickey Jr., and Billy . Rusty works for Grimes County and has for 17+ years as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
Clint Glaze
Keyboard / Vocals - Houston TX
Clint is the Newest member of The Silverado Band, Clint is a huge addition to the band with his smooth vocals and Awesome Keyboard skills, Clint has played in several bands as well as working as a solo act for many years. Clint Played with ehr incomparable Mean Gene Kelton until his unfortunate demise, and from time to time Clint participated in "Tribute Shows" for The late Houston Music Icon. Clint's contribution to Silverado is undeniable, and adds a diminsion and scope the band has not seen until his arrival.
